Child Safety Standards

HisLinks maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). HisLinks is an adult (18+) social and dating app for gay men; minors are not permitted to use it.

Our standards

• We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, including CSAM, grooming, sextortion, and child trafficking.
• Access to HisLinks is restricted to users aged 18 and over. We take steps to prevent minors from creating accounts or accessing the app.
• Any violation results in immediate removal of the content and permanent banning of the responsible account.

Prevention and detection

• Age restriction: the app is rated for adults and limited to users 18 and over.
• Reporting tools: users can report other users, profiles, photos, and messages directly in the app.
• Moderation: our team reviews reports and takes action, including content removal and account bans.

How to report a child safety concern

• In the app: use the Report option on any profile or conversation to flag a child safety concern.

Compliance and cooperation

• We comply with applicable child safety laws.
• When CSAM is identified, we remove it and report it to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
• We cooperate with law enforcement investigations regarding child safety.
