Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your HisLinks account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open HisLinks and sign in.
2. Go to the Menu tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated and hidden from other users right away.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email hislinks.top@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Account" from the email address you registered with. We will confirm by replying to your registered email, then delete your account once you confirm ownership.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, username, bio, links)
• Your photos and albums
• Your chat messages
• Your activity: likes, favorites, profile views, matches, follows, and blocks
• Your push notification tokens and device identifiers
• Your location data

What we keep, and for how long

• When you request deletion, your account is hidden immediately and enters a 7-day grace period. If you change your mind, simply sign in again within 7 days to restore it.
• After 7 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• We may retain limited records for longer only where required by law, or in anonymized form that no longer identifies you.

Delete only some data (without deleting your account)

You can remove specific data at any time, directly in the app:

• Delete individual photos in Manage Photos
• Delete conversations or messages in Chats
• Edit or clear profile fields in Edit Profile
