Terms of Service

Welcome to HisLinks. By accessing or using our app, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use HisLinks.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HisLinks. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We may require age verification at any time and may suspend accounts whose age cannot be verified.

2. User Generated Content (UGC) and Conduct

HisLinks maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not post, upload, or share any content (including text, photos, custom profile configurations, and external links) that contains full or partial nudity, explicit sexual acts, violence, illegal activities, or hate speech.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, bullying, stalking, impersonation, soliciting (including prostitution and commercial services), and scams are strictly prohibited.
  • Moderation: We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove any content that violates these terms. Violators will have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently banned without prior notice. Membership benefits end upon suspension; any refund is subject to the purchase store's policy (see Section 5).
  • Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the app. We act on these reports promptly to ensure a safe community.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hislinks.top@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly advise against sharing personal financial information or your exact location with people you do not know. Always exercise caution when deciding to meet someone in person.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

HisLinks offers auto-renewable membership plans. Your subscription renews and is charged automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before it ends.

  • Managing and cancelling: Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, go to Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. After cancelling, benefits you have already paid for remain active until the end of the current period.
  • Pricing: The local price shown on the store page applies. Any price change will be notified in advance in accordance with each store's rules.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; please request them directly from the relevant store.
  • Suspended accounts: If your account is suspended for violating these terms, membership benefits end; whether a refund is granted remains subject to the store's policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, and features within HisLinks are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app's assets without our explicit written permission.

Content you post remains yours. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it solely as needed to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at hislinks.top@gmail.com with the material identified, proof of ownership, and your contact information. We will remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

7. Prohibited Technical Activities

To protect our users and the integrity of the Service, you may NOT:

  • Automated access / scraping: Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or to collect any data from it — including other users' profiles, photos, or personal information — whether or not you are logged in. Access permitted by our robots.txt does not extend to data collection or redistribution.
  • Unauthorized API use: Access or interact with our servers, APIs, or backend endpoints by any means other than the official HisLinks apps and website. Any credential, key, or token embedded in our clients is provided solely for use by the official clients.
  • Reverse engineering & circumvention: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or bypass or circumvent any access control, rate limit, content protection, or other security measure (including signed or expiring media URLs).
  • Security attacks: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or introducing malware).
  • Data misuse: Store, republish, sell, or redistribute content or data obtained from the Service, or use it to build any database, dataset, or competing service, or to train machine-learning or AI models. Other users' photos and personal information may be viewed only within the Service.
  • Multiple / fake accounts: Create accounts by automated means, or create accounts under false pretenses to evade a suspension or ban.

Good-faith security research: If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to hislinks.top@gmail.com. We consider security research conducted in good faith to be authorized, and we will not pursue legal action under this Section against researchers who: access only the minimum data necessary to demonstrate the issue and no other users' data, do not disrupt the Service, do not retain or share any data obtained, and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before any public disclosure.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of these terms and may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate your account, block your access (including by technical means such as IP or device blocking), and remove content. Membership benefits end upon suspension as described in Section 2.

Anyone who violates Section 7 or otherwise attacks the Service shall be liable for all resulting damages, including our costs of investigation, mitigation, and remediation, and reasonable attorneys' fees. We reserve all legal remedies, including civil claims for damages and referral to law enforcement and criminal prosecution where applicable.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 8. Sections 6–8 and 10–13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not verify the identity of users and make no warranty regarding the conduct of any user.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HisLinks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HisLinks and its operators from any third-party claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your willful or grossly negligent violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, except to the extent such claims arise from our own fault.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
