- Moderation: We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove any content that violates these terms. Violators will have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently banned without prior notice or refund.
- Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the app. We act on these reports promptly to ensure a safe community.

4. Safety
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly advise against sharing personal financial information or your exact location with people you do not know. Always exercise caution when deciding to meet someone in person.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
If you choose to purchase premium features, please note that all sales are final. If your account is suspended due to a violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refunds.

All original content, designs, and features within HisLinks are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app’s assets without our explicit written permission.
