Community Guidelines

Welcome to HisLinks. We want to create a safe, respectful, and authentic environment for everyone to connect. To ensure the best experience for all users, we require everyone to follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Respect Our Community

Treat others the way you want to be treated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Do not attack or demean anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
• Harassment & Bullying: Do not harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten other users.
• Impersonation: Do not create fake accounts or pretend to be someone else.

2. Public Profile & Photo Guidelines

Your public profile (including your profile picture, bio, and linked websites) must be safe for all users to view. The following are strictly prohibited in public areas:

• Nudity: No photos showing exposed private parts or buttocks.
• Explicit Content: No photos of sexual acts, bodily fluids, or sex toys.
• Suggestive Content: No photos emphasizing or zooming in on the crotch area (regardless of whether clothing is worn). No photos wearing only underwear, jockstraps, or thongs unless taken in a clearly appropriate public setting (e.g., swimwear at a beach or pool).
• External Links: You may customize your profile to share external links. However, linking to pornographic websites, scams, or any illegal content is strictly prohibited.

3. Private Messaging & Content

We respect your privacy in 1-on-1 chats, but mutual consent is mandatory.

• Unsolicited Content: Sending explicit photos or sexual messages to someone who has not consented is considered harassment.
• If a user reports you for sending unsolicited explicit content, your account will be subject to immediate suspension.

4. No Commercial Activity

HisLinks is for personal connections, not business. You may not use the app for:

• Promoting massage services, escorts, or prostitution.
• Selling photos, videos, or social media access.
• Spamming users with links, pyramid schemes, or marketing campaigns.

5. Minors and Safety

• You must be 18 years or older to use HisLinks.
• Do not post photos of minors (anyone under 18), even if they are your own children or photos of yourself from childhood.
• Any content promoting or depicting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to law enforcement.

6. Enforcement and Reporting

We rely on our community to help keep HisLinks safe. If you see someone breaking these rules, please use the Report & Block features within the app. Our moderation team reviews all reports. Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban without warning or refund.
